What counts as an edit
An edit is a content change that takes about half an hour or less: text, images, hours, menu items, staff, a new photo. Email us the change and we take care of it. New holiday hours, a new staff photo, three dishes added to the menu, a price update, a seasonal banner. Bigger jobs like new pages, new features, or a redesign are not edits. We quote those separately so there are no surprises.
The promise
Email us an edit and we acknowledge it the next business day. It's done within two business days. A real person answers, and that person is local.

Questions
Can I edit it myself?
You can, and some clients do. But most local business owners would rather send a two-line email and get back to running the business. That's what care is for: you tell us what to change, we change it, you get on with your day. The site's built so we can turn edits around fast.
Can I cancel? Who owns the site?
Yes. Care is month to month, no long-term contract. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice and there's no penalty.
The website is yours: your domain, your content, and your site's code. When you leave, we hand all of it over so you can take it anywhere, and we'll help you find a new home for it if you want one.
